You pay for what you use, and access is enabled on request, because capacity in the busiest part of a slot is finite.
What is metered
The stream is metered on usage. The table says what that covers, so a bill is never a surprise.

Requesting access
Access is enabled on request. Tell us what you trade or build, which regions you need and how many filters you expect to hold, and we will enable your stream. Capacity in the busiest part of a slot is finite, and we would rather know who we are serving.
Support is by email, and a person reads it. When you are enabled, start with the quickstart.
Fair share
No customer receives the full feed. A fair share applies, and any transactions withheld are reported on the stream, so you always know when you are being clipped.
